We want you to love your SeaVees, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect pair to keep your casual style effortless and comfortable.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn SeaVees in their original shoe box, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
